Lexington Country Club, a private club and HOA in Ft. Myers, Florida, came to me through a referral in 2021, no specific fire to put out, just a club looking for reliable marketing and design support. What started as a one-off engagement has turned into an ongoing retainer relationship that’s lasted years, with my role expanding well beyond the original scope.
Rather than one defined project, my work with Lexington has grown organically into a true long-term partnership. Because the club operates on Jonas Club Management software, I’m able to stay on call to troubleshoot website issues as they come up, a piece of the relationship that wouldn’t be possible without that specific software familiarity. I’ve taken on the role of de facto webmaster, handling:
• A full rebuild of the website’s media library and rehyperlinking across all pages
• Continuous updates to banner photography to keep the site visually current
• A restructure of the site’s menu and navigation flow for a better member experience
Alongside the website work, I’ve also been their go-to for design needs as they’ve come up, building out brand assets for milestone moments and internal initiatives, not just web maintenance.
